Resort Policies

CANCELLATION /POLICY
A deposit of $50 is required to guarantee the reservation. 72 hours (3 days) in advance written notice via email to FrontDesk@twincovecottages.com is required to cancel a reservation. Holiday Reservations are non-refundable and dates are not eligible for modification. All reservation deposits are non-refundable. Non-Holiday weekends are eligible for modification of dates with the following restrictions:
Modification of your dates must be made 7 days prior to your original Check-in date.
Modification must be for the current calendar year.

Any Modification changes resulting in additional room rates will be the guest’s financial responsibility.

PET POLICY
Pets are permitted only in designated Cottages and Lodge Suites. Please contact front Desk staff for available pet friendly units. $25 per night charge for each pet (limit two). Weight restriction: 25 pounds or less. Pet owners must register pets at check-in. All pets must be leashed while in public areas, and crated while in room. No pets are to be left unattended in rooms or vehicles parking on promises. Excessive barking may result in pet’s removal from premises. Designated pet areas are available for your pet.

SMOKING
Twin Cove Cottage is a no smoking resort. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside all Hotel, Cottage, and Lodge rooms. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A $50.00 deposit is required when booking online to secure the reservation – You will provide a credit card and billing information of the card to authorize the charge of deposit online. The $50.00 deposit is nonrefundable and turns into cancelation fee if you choose to cancel at anytime. Reservation of non-holiday weekend can be altered up to three times in the calendar year.

Master Card, Visa, Discover and most Debit cards with PIN.
All of our room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate additional guests for a fee of $10.00 per person per night. Roll away beds can be requested for $10.00 per night. All rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Please inquire regarding any special need or circumstance.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
Check in — 2:00 P.M. or later Check out — By 12:00 P.M .We can’t guarantee that you room will be ready before 4:00 P.M. You are more than welcome to check in earlier, park your vehicle and enjoy our grounds. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm so we can make arrangements to check you in. Early check-in or late departure may be possible based on space availability and will subject to additional charges.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES
Check out time is 12:00 p.m. Late check-out fees are as follows: 12:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. is $20/hr., non-prorated. After 2:00 p.m., guests will be charged for a full day, non- prorated, and guest is required to vacate the room. If our guests wish to use the recreational portion of property for the whole day, it is recommended that they put their belonging in their vehicles before the 11:00 a.m. check out time.
