Cancellation & Deposit Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival date will result in a charge equal to the full cost of your reservation. This includes the entire booking value, encompassing all nights and any associated fees.
Exceptions:
Early Departures: In the event of an early departure, the full cost of the following remaining night will be charged.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of their stay.
Special Circumstances: While the 72-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced, the resort may consider exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as documented emergencies or severe illness. Please contact the resort directly to discuss your situation.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted only in designated Cottages and Lodge Suites. Please contact front Desk staff for available pet friendly units. $25 per night charge for each pet (limit two). Weight restriction: 25 pounds or less. Pet owners must register pets at check-in. All pets must be leashed while in public areas, and crated while in room. No pets are to be left unattended in rooms or vehicles parking on promises. Excessive barking may result in pet’s removal from premises. Designated pet areas are available for your pet.
Check-In and Check-Out Policies
Check in — 2:00 P.M. or later Check out — By 12:00 P.M .We can’t guarantee that you room will be ready before 4:00 P.M. You are more than welcome to check in earlier, park your vehicle and enjoy our grounds. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm so we can make arrangements to check you in. Early check-in or late departure may be possible based on space availability and will subject to additional charges.
Late Check Out
Check out time is 12:00 p.m. Late check-out fees are as follows: 12:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. is $20/hr., non-prorated. After 2:00 p.m., guests will be charged for a full day, non- prorated, and guest is required to vacate the room. If our guests wish to use the recreational portion of property for the whole day, it is recommended that they put their belonging in their vehicles before the 11:00 a.m. check out time.
